Our Cloisonné Soft Enamel Trading Pins are struck from a 1.2 mm thick base, made of the finest metal available. Then the pins are plated in 10K gold, silver, black or black nickel. We add the enamel colors and bake them at 400 degrees F. to cure the enamel. Finally, we add a clear hard epoxy layer to help give them the depth and glossy appearance pin traders look for, while also protecting them for years of enjoyment.
